1. 7-Day Checking, Exchange & Return Policy
You have 7 days / 168 hours from the date of delivery to check your order for any issues. If you find a problem, simply contact us and we’ll verify and process your exchange or return right away.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods
- Please report any damaged product within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
- Do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. Take clear photos/videos and send them to us.
- If you report within 24 hours, we will provide a free replacement for damaged fabric, stitching issues, or manufacturing defects.
- If you fail to report within 24 hours, we won’t be able to file a claim with the courier.
3. Conditions for Exchange/Return
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In the same condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Not defaced or altered in any way
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We only accept exchanges for:
- Wrong product received
- Defective or damaged item
- Size issues — subject to stock availability
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved by our warehouse team, refunds will be processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- A 10% deduction will be made from your refund for shipping & packing costs.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- WhatsApp us at 0300 0756350 with your Order ID, name, and photos/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, our team will guide you to send the parcel back to Citric Stories Warehouse.
- Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.
