Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Free delivery across Pakistan on orders above Rs. 5,000.

- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp, along with a link to track it online.
Cash on delivery
- COD is available.
- Payment is made in cash to the courier on arrival. Partial payments are not accepted.
Order confirmation
- COD orders: you will get a confirmation call or message before dispatch. If the order is not confirmed within 24 hours it may be cancelled.
- Prepaid orders: once payment is received, your order is processed on the timeline above.
Missed deliveries
The courier will attempt delivery once more if you miss the first attempt. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to our warehouse, and additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.
Unexpected delays
Delivery times can shift due to weather, public holidays, strikes or courier delays. If that happens, our team will keep you updated.
International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery time are calculated at checkout. For a quote before you order, message us on WhatsApp.
